What's In The Name?

11.27.2005 - What's in the name? You asked me if you wonder, who was that certain individual named after Riker or a character inspired by famous videogame after Lei? We pet owners love to name our pets to some of the few famous bipedal species to name after something we see or read from. It must sound unique and cool that others might not forget about. Famous names really do carry something that our pets can be remembered in the case of my two less ordinary cats.

Lei In Action

Take for intance my hyper active cat Lei. He was not only named after one of the famous videogame characters, but his personality says that name stuck with him. He's swift, agile, and athletic with a lot of spunk. Lei was named after the famous fighting game character from Tekken. Like his namesake he's quick and his fighting style is Kung-Fu, and he looks a little bit of Jacky Chan don't you think?

Lei Wulong

Usually that's what I get a lot from him when I'am taking a nap. His feet can't get stuck to the ground in one place, whenever he's loose within the confines of my room. Things just got a little bit less confortable, especially if he really wants to wrestle with Riker. For more of Lei Wulong the famed character from the Tekken videogame series check it HERE.
